Fantastic Planet will be opening for business this week, and starting Saturday 20th, will be selling some of our old and shopworn stock to clear more space on the shelves for new titles in our grand opening sale. Specially marked paperbacks $4 each, or 3 for $10; specially marked hardcovers at paperback prices.
And as a welcome back gift to our old customers, Fantastic Planet has a range of books signed by some of the genre’s best loved authors: Neil Gaiman, Robin Hobb, Poppy Z. Brite, Megan Lindholm, Glenda Larke, and Trudi Canavan, with more to come. Come in any time from Saturday, bring in a copy of this newsletter, buy a book from any of these authors from us, and you could take home a signed copy! Hurry, these can’t last!
So come in and meet our charming and often ridiculously overqualified staff, as well as many other local writers and aficionados, and grab some bargains and maybe some signed books! We’ll be updating this live journal with details of new releases as they come in, and other news and events.
